Opened in 2004 the Gateway Adult Learning Centre is a purpose built learning venue with fully equipped rooms and a range of information technology suitable for IT course provision and presentations. The bright and airy rooms can be adapted to suit large and small groups in a variety of seating styles.

Although primarily a training and education venue the Gateway can also be used by businesses, clubs and associations for regular meetings and social gatherings.

Clubs and Group Meetings

The Gateway Centre is an ideal venue for clubs and societies to meet on a regular or ad-hoc basis. The following groups have regular sessions at the Gateway Centre:

Local Speakers and Debates

Room Rental

The Gateway Centre is available for private rental by the local community.

Availability
The Gateway is available seven days a week from 08:00am to 10:00pm.
Refreshments
Tea and coffee making facilities are available in each room and a water dispenser is located in the main corridor. Specialist catering is available on request.
Room Rates
Rooms are available from £10 an hour which includes access to IT equipment
