We have recently achieved the Healthy Schools Award, recognising the work we do to support our students in healthy living. This is a difficult award for secondary schools to achieve and the assessors described our submission as exceptional. They said that it “offered a strong ‘sense’ of the school, some of its exciting ideas and initiatives, evidence of sustainability and the recognition of commitment alongside success.” They have asked to use it as an example of best in class.
