Programme of Study

Unit 1 – Exploration of Drama and Theatre

A practical exploration of two plays and a review of a live performance

Unit 2 – Theatre Text in Performance

A performance of a play and monologues/duologues before a public audience

Unit 3 – Exploration of Dramatic Performance

A student created performance

Unit 4 – Theatre Text in Context

2˝ hour written paper on a text studied from a director’s perspective and a comparison between a play seen and its original performance conditions.
